Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is the treatment of choice for severe symptomatic aortic stenosis in inoperable patients, and an alternative treatment for those at high risk. The coexistence of coronary artery disease (CAD) adds morbidity and mortality to the procedure.
