Brucella-Mediated Prosthetic Valve Endocarditis with Brachial Artery Mycotic Aneurysm Cantürk Cakalagaoglu MD, Nurgül Keser, Cem Alhan Brucella-mediated prosthetic valve endocarditis is an infrequent complication of cardiac surgery, and has a relatively high mortality rate. We report the successful medical treatment of this rare complication in association with mycotic brachial artery aneurysm.
