The management of multivalvular heart disease during pregnancy is difficult, as no guidelines currently exist. Herein is reported the first case of percutaneous triple-valve balloon valvulotomy guided by intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in a pregnant

woman with multivalvular rheumatic heart disease. ICE provided excellent imaging and guidance, which resulted in a low radiation exposure to the mother and fetus.
