Space-Occupying Lesions in the Right Ventricle of a Patient with Antiphospholipid Syndrome

The clinical course of a patient with antiphospholipid syndrome complicated by right ventricular thrombosis is presented. The clinical presentation, physical findings, transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography and computed tomography, along with the management of right heart thrombi, are discussed. Currently, there are no definitive guidelines regarding the most appropriate treatment for this life-threatening condition.
