Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) is a rare hematological disorder, which may present with cardiac involvement. The case is presented of a 61-year-old male patient with isolated aortic stenosis secondary to non-bacterial thrombotic endocarditis and HES. The patient underwent successful aortic valve replacement with a bioprosthesis
