Double Freestyle Valve Replacement in a Patient with a Prior Ross Procedure

Following a Ross procedure, patients may require reintervention for valvular stenosis or insufficiency of either the pulmonary autograft or the pulmonary homograft. Herein is reported a double use of the Medtronic Freestyle stentless bioprosthesis in a

patient who previously had undergone a Ross procedure.
