Background and aim of the study: The study aim was to evaluate whether individualized quantified selective tricuspid valve annuloplasty would be suitable for the treatment of Ebstein anomaly. |
Results: There was no hospital mortality. One patient died suddenly at 41 months after surgery, and two patients were lost to follow up; the remaining patients are still alive. During the follow up, tricuspid valve regurgitation and cardiac function were improved in all patients postoperatively, with no acquired tricuspid stenosis. |
